Till date waiting for replacement for last 2weeks

I was told by the chat box my return order is already places after reaching them many times and if we try to reach them ten times they just respond back once. Its been 4 days my return request is not picked up and also there is no return confirmation email. Better go ahead with amazon the same clock is available , in case u dont like it has easy returns. These people are cheating and they dont respond to returns and refunds.

I am not happy with the clock, and during the day its hard to see it clearly since the radium numbers are lighter on the white background. and secondly during the dark you cannot see the radium from side angles. Overall not satisfied, and when we go for return the it says check back in sometime, and the chat box service is not being responded when asked for the return. I feel like im being cheated.
